Thai Green Curry

Thai green curry is centered on balance – the harmony between unique aromatics and a blend of sweet and spicy. Achieving that balance in a sauce can be complicated, so we’ve simplified it for you. This mildly spicy dish combines green chili peppers and lemongrass with Thai Hom Mali Jasmine Rice to make a complete meal. Considered a national treasure in Thailand, green curry can now be cherished at your dinner table!
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- Gently squeeze pouch to separate rice.
- Tear 2 inches to vent pouch.
- Microwave on HIGH for 90 seconds.
Microwave times may vary. Take care when handling and opening the hot pouch.
After opening, refrigerate in an airtight container and use within 2 days.
SKILLET COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- Gently squeeze pouch to separate rice.
- Pour contents of the pouch into a skillet.
- Add 2 Tbsp. water and heat.
- Stir rice occasionally until heated thoroughly.
- Serve immediately.
