Organic Ancient Grain Blend
Liven up your palate and excite your dinner table with this nutrient-packed ancient grain blend of millet, red and white quinoa and buckwheat. This colorful combination makes the perfect side dish, or simply add protein and vegetables to complete the meal.
- Combine 1 cup blend with 2 cups water and bring to a boil.
- Cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes or until all water is absorbed.
- Remove from heat and allow to stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve.
To prepare in a rice cooker, use same water to blend ratio.
