Lemon Rice
ORIGINS COLLECTION
In Southern India, chitranna, or lemon rice, is a bowl of sunshine on a rainy monsoon day lovingly created by Amma as a treat for her family. The vibrant yellow color and subtly smoky yet tart flavor come from a good dose of turmeric and a splash of lemon juice.
