- 1-1/4 cup uncooked Village Harvest Arborio (must be this type)
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup white wine
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp dried onion flakes
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ¾ cup shredded parmesan cheese
