Banana Bread Quinoa Bowl

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of Village Harvest red quinoa
  • 1.5 cups of coconut milk
  • 1 sliced bananas
  • 2 tablespoon raw walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons raisins (or chocolate chips)
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Prepare quinoa according to package except sub the water for coconut milk
  2. Once fully cooked, pour into two bowls of choice
  3. Add toppings and enjoy!
