Brown, Red & Wild Rice

Village Harvest Brown, Red & Wild Rice tastes as good as a freshly simmered pot made at home. The three different kinds of rice add character, flavor and dimension to any dish. We cook our rice exactly as it should be cooked, then stop the process by flash freezing when the grains are whole, but tender. These grains are captured at their peak condition, while still in motion, so no liquid is frozen, no starch is released and the result is perfectly cooked rice every time.
