Organic Arborio
Harvested where the climate is cool and the soil is marshy, Village Harvest Organic Arborio offers the flavor and texture of its native roots with organic certification from two countries. Our Organic Arborio is first certified on site in the Italian Po River Valley where it’s grown. It is certified a second time by the USDA once it’s imported. These short plump grains are essential for a creamy, delicious pot of risotto.
