The foundation of a perfectly cooked, creamy risotto, Village Harvest’s Arborio rice will make you as passionate about your food as a traditional Italian.   • Heat 1 Tbsp olive oil in a high-sided pan. Stir in 1 1/2 cups of Village Harvest Arborio Rice and cook for 1 minute.
  • Add 5 cups of chicken broth, 1 cup at a time, stirring constantly over med-low heat. Continue until rice is cooked and liquid is absorbed; about 20-30 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, stir in 2 Tbsp of butter and season with salt and pepper.
