Recipe: Smoked Turkey Rice Medley

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Village Harvest Brown, Red & Wild Rice Medley, heated through
  • 6 oz. diced smoked turkey
  • 3 Tbsp. dried cranberries
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped green onion
  • 3 Tbsp. coarsely chopped walnuts, toasted
  • 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Combine rice, turkey, cranberries, green onion and walnuts in a large mixing bowl. Toss with vinegar, salt and pepper.
